About this lot

-The production plant was built in the first version in 2014, sold in 2020/21. The total investment volume in 2021 was just under 3.5 million. Euro.
-The plant is designed and built for use in the construction industry,
-It is built for the production of prefabricated wall elements,
-The following operations can be carried out:
-Transporting shipping packages (stoneware on pallets),
-Destacking of shipping packages,
-Stacking of shipping packages,
-Transporting shipping pallets,
-Translation of bricks / stones,
-Transporting rows of bricks / stones,
-Grouping of rows of bricks / stones,
-Drilling of rows of bricks / stones for supporting anchors,
-Moving rows of bricks / stones on transport pallets,
-Rows of bricks / stones, provided with mortar,
-lowering of transport pallets covered with rows of bricks,
-Handling of empty transport pallets or transport pallets covered with wall elements,

The system is operated by two centrally located control stations, it is designed for a production of 50 weeks a year, with 5 working days and two shifts of 8 hours per shift.
-Currently the machine is designed for stones with a width of 15CM or 36.5CM. With the current planning, up to 225,000 square meters can be produced per year. (Theoretical calculation at max. capacity)
Currently, a maximum of the following can be realized per element:
-6500MM in width
-3500MM in height
Remarks:
-The first version of the production plant was built in 2014 by FC Sonderkonstruktions GmbH. The plant then first produced prefabricated masonry elements from clay bricks / stones,
-In 2020/21, the plant was sold and converted to the current stone dimension and lightweight concrete blocks by the company Keller HCW GmbH, and rebuilt at the current location. Extensive changes and thus also a lot of new parts were installed. -The plant was in operation until November 2023, then it was shut down due to the plant closure. Thus, the vast majority of elements in the complex are as good as new.

The buyer must ensure that the dismantling is carried out by competent personnel.
The buyer ensures that:
-Bolts in the ground can be
cut to up to 1CM -The supply lines to the control cabinets are
insulated and secured in accordance with appropriate regulations -Hydraulic oils and other liquids are
collected and disposed of professionally by the bidder -all parts are removed, including any scrap that is produced

How do I place a bid?

You can easily participate in the auction through the website. Log in as usual and navigate to the lot of your choice. On the right side of the screen, you will find 'Bid' and 'Auto Bid.' Click on 'How does this work' for more information about automatic bidding.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. Before confirming your bid, you will always receive an overview detailing all relevant amounts associated with your bid, including the final total. This way, you are fully informed about the total amount of your bid.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
