Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Germany on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. - Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification purposes only) or, in the case of lower value goods, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to have the deposit refunded.
