- Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification purposes only) or, in the case of lower value goods, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to have the deposit refunded.
