The AHRENS-Spinner hanger wheel blasting machine is made for the blasting of Al-mold cast parts, capacity of the balsting chamber: 1 hanger: max. 1200x1300 mm, 400 kg; 2. The operator puts the workpieces on a hanger outside of the machine; 3. It is possible to adjust the blasting time to the requirements of the workpiece; 4. The operator pushes the hangers with the workpieces after release in the drag chain; 5. The automatic-prozess starts (if the choosen program is “automatic”): The flap and doors close and the blasting process takes place, 2 safety mats prevent an entering while the process is running; 6. Once the blasting process is complete, the follow-up time starts. Thereafter, the doors open and the hanger moves out and a new one moves in an once; 7. The used blasting material is transported by 2 screw conveyors to the bucket elevator and then in a cascade wind sifter
