De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 1600 kg. Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
Indien u als particuliere koper het voornemen heeft de zonnepanelen aan te brengen op/nabij een woning, kunt u in aanmerking komen voor het 0% btw tarief.
Deze regeling geldt alleen wanneer u woonachtig bent in Nederland. LET OP! Het bieddrag is exclusief BTW, maar de BTW wordt bij de berekening van het totaal te betalen bedrag wel meegerekend. Na betaling van het volledige aankoopbedrag, dus inclusief de BTW, kunt u de verklaring uit de veilinginformatie invullen en ondertekend per e-mail naar aanmelden@troostwijkauctions.com sturen. Na ontvangst van de volledig ingevulde verklaring, zal een BTW-vrije factuur voor u aangemaakt worden en ontvangt u binnen enkele dagen het betaalde BTW-bedrag terug.
