Controlled by an electrical control panel with pump speed drives:
- Electric control by a set of pumps operating with inverters:
- Pneumatic control for compressed air valve controls for filling and/or emptying tanks.
The system includes:
- a 4KW 60Hz PCM progressive cavity pump, IP55
- a mobile SIEMENS peristaltic pump 2.2 KW, 50HZ IP55, 450Nm
- an INOXPA centrifugal pump with 6 stages 6.6KW, 60Hz, IP55
- a microemulsifier system
- 2 stainless steel tanks on 1000L feet with pneumatic supply valves and drain valves
- an aluminium platform
- a scale to measure the weight of the tanks when filling or unloading the tanks
