PAYMENT is due IMMEDIATELY after the end of the auction. Payment instruction is stored in www.troostwijkauctions.com / My Purchases / Payment (Checkout). Online payment possible. Bank transfer takes at least 2-3 full business days!! NO PACKAGING: Lots are sold without pallet and/or box unless otherwise stated. In addition, lots are not packed or prepared for transport.  NO LOADING: All loading must be done by the buyer himself and is at his own risk from the time of pick-up. The lots are located in the office building on the first floor, NO ELEVATOR.  DELIVERY CONDITION: Ex Works (Incoterms) COLLECTION: If you do not comply with your obligation to collect on 16 and/or 17 December 2024, any administration costs (in the amount of €50 per day per invoice), as well as necessary clearance and disposal costs will be offset against the amount of your paid invoice and the amount due will be retained. If the amount due exceeds the invoice amount, the transfer of ownership goes back to the seller and you lose any right to your auctioned goods. If there is a difference between storage and administration costs, as well as necessary clearance and disposal costs and the invoice paid, then this difference will be transferred back, and the transfer of ownership will also go back to the seller.
