Miltenyi Biotec AutoMACS 003 high-speed automated cell sorting; The autoMACS separator is a benchtop instrument for automated, high-speed cell sorting. Using MACS technology, the autoMACS separator is designed for positive selection as well as depletion of magnetically labeled cells. The autoMACS separator works with predefined separation programs, allowing optimization of cell sorting approaches based on cell abundance and intensity of marker expression.
