Makrum - 41,30 - Gravity Mill

The auction is for a Makrum mill, type 41.30. It is a Ø2x10m three-chamber pipe mill. They can be used in the cement, mining and ceramic industries, among others. The mills belong to the group of gravity mills, in which the grinding medium is performed by balls and cylpeps made of high-manganese steel with an appropriate diameter depending on the chamber. They are used for wet and dry grinding of medium-hard and soft materials such as sand, blast furnace slag, smoke dust, limestone. So far, the mills have worked dry and were used to prepare a dust fraction, grinding raw materials such as clay, andalusite and bauxite.
