Possibility of programming on a touch computer (tempered glass, protection against damage and flooding) all parameters, production steps, their duration, pump control, heating, cooling, revolutions, alarm temperatures, air extraction, drain valve heating.
Possibility of connecting running water or a cooling medium installation, e.g. chilled water.
The drain valve is located centrally under the mixer, which allows for easy and efficient switching to different manufactured assortments.
The mixer is completely hanging, which prevents excessive abrasion of the bottom of the tank.

Heating power: two sections of 3X 2000 W = 12kW
The 1500 L ball mill is entirely made of stainless and acid-resistant steel approved for direct contact with food in the 0H19N9 AISI 304 grade.
