The drain valve is located centrally under the mixer, which allows for easy and efficient switching to various manufactured assortments.
The mixer is completely hanging, which works surprisingly excessive abrasion of the bottom of the tank.

The 1500 L ball mill is entirely made of stainless and acid-resistant steel approved for direct contact with food in the 0H19N9 AISI 304 grade.
