The WK04 combination weigher is a perfect solution for vegetable producers who mainly prepare small packages of 1 kg – 10 kg and for whom it is important to get the weighed portions in exact sizes. The WK04 combination scale is equipped with four weighing containers, each with a capacity of 11 litres. Despite its small size and thanks to the exploitation of the combination idea, the accuracy of this scale is close to the classic combination scales. The WK04 combination weigher is adapted to cooperation with other KMK packaging machines, i.e. the sewing line or the film sealer. All elements that have direct contact with the weighed goods are made of stainless steel as standard. These elements, which are not made of stainless steel, are powder-coated with a paint. The elements of the equipment include: the discharge belt, the level sensor from the filling platform of the scale and the service platform with the ladder. A large, easy-to-read and user-friendly Mitsubishi touchscreen makes the machine completely easy to operate.
