Calf barn built in 2018 consisting of solar panel installation on steel frame construction with corrugated iron roof (asbestos-free) canteen construction. Calf barn equipment is not part of the lot (sold) Calf barn sizes: Ridge height: 825cm, gutter height: 275cm, width: 2280cm, length: 5000cm Solar panel installation consisting of 3x Huawei Sun 2000 33KTL-A (33,000VA) 510x Mono solar panel 310Wp. Year of construction 2018. Posted in 2019. Panels are mounted on the roof of the calf barn on both sides. Inverters are placed on the outside of the shed. Cabling and aluminum mounting material are part of the lot.
Remarks:
The seller also offers the following options: dismantling the shed and loading it into trucks. Renting out the necessary equipment for dismantling on location. Both options are negotiable with the seller. Costs for this are not included in the bid and are done in consultation after the sale of the barn. Barn can be dismantled from the beginning of May and must be ready/dismantled or removed before June 15 at the latest. There is the possibility to view. How do I place a bid?

Click on 'Bid' to see the total amount of your bid, including the buyer's premium and VAT. After accepting the general terms and user conditions by checking the box, click 'Confirm' to place the bid.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. Before confirming your bid, you will always receive an overview detailing all relevant amounts associated with your bid, including the final total. This way, you are fully informed about the total amount of your bid.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
