The different pulleys of the Inspire Multigym M1 With the low pulleys you can perform the following exercises: shoulder presses, biceps curls, lateral raises and more. Chest presses can be performed from the lower positions by placing the bench in the flat position. The mid pulleys include pectoral exercises (flat, incline and decline positions). Pectoral flys from any angle to replace a fixed press arm. Adjust the back support of the bench for support during seated rows.
