• This is an auction by auction only. There will be no turn-off; • During the auction, we may contact active bidders by telephone or in writing to check bids. We do this to protect bidders and the bidding process. It is therefore important that you, as a bidder, can be reached during the auction. • After the client has been awarded, a deposit note of 15% of the purchase price + auction costs must be paid within 3 days; • After receipt of the deposit, the purchase agreement will be drawn up by a local notary in Sonderhausen; • Payment of the other costs must be made after signing the purchase agreement; • Please note: a bid placed is unconditional and irrevocable; • 21% VAT will be charged on the auction costs; • This sale comes with an 'as is, where is' clause. • It is possible that after the auction closes, an e-mail will be sent with the message that the lot has not been allocated. Unfortunately, this is a bug in our system, which we are working on.
