About this lot
Single-sided edge banding machine from the German manufacturer Homag, equipped with a 6-way edge magazine, suitable for flexible production at high throughput rates and the option of automatic product feeding (via the supplied WZ10). Edge banding from 1 to 20mm, powerControl PC22 machine control, WoodCommander programming system with Schuler MDE Basic. Equipped with the following aggregates: grout milling, 2 glue trays for white and transparent glue with preheating unit, A3 for EVA hot melt adhesive, Hacksaw unit HL81/HL84/HL86, various edge milling units FK13 for milling edge banding surface level, radius milling, corner rounding units, shape scrapers PN20, glue joint scraper FA10 (flat scraper), polishing unit MN21 with cleaning agent Riepe. WoodScout diagnostic system, EcoPlus energy saving program.
- Remarks:
- The machine can be loaded with our overhead crane. We can help with the loading. The available tools remain with the machine as well as the spare tools. The machine has recently received 2 new computers and can therefore last for quite some time. We expect that 2 girders will be needed to load the edge banding machine, the WZ10 angle feed, the computer stand, 6-way edge banding magazine and support tables.
