3-part washing station. Machine not tested, sold as is 1) Washbasin with shower head and basin (basin dimensions 50 x 40 x 30cm). Guide rail from the baskets to the washing station, length 1200mm. Placed on a stainless steel cupboard frame. 2) Washing station with 3 booms of 4 spray nozzles (i.e. 12 nozzles) from below. 3 booms also with 4 nozzles for top washing. Length of the washing station 700 mm. Inside rail width 500 mm. Heating of water by electric resistors. Setting the working temperature on a digital controller. Blowing/drying station with a length of 600 mm after washing. 3) Rinsing station with demineralized water and drying by shower with 15 molding stations. Stainless steel frame with 2 storage cupboards. About 50 baskets. Hourly production of 200 to 300 baskets.
