The car has CANBUS problem. The gearbox is defective. When the car is moving, it does not shift gears. The car drives up to a maximum of 30 k/h and then it sputters and stops. A CANBUS problem is a combination of software and technical problems. That is the conclusion of two separate diagnostic centres. One in Germany and one in the Netherlands. The car contains a complete set of gray license plate conversion parts. The intention was to convert the car into a company car and only then introduce it, in order to circumvent BPM. That didn't work out because the car has technical problems and can't get through in that condition due to the RDW inspection. Usage damages/traces by age and mileage.
