• Het betreft een veiling enkel per opbod. Er wordt geen afslag georganiseerd;
• Tijdens de veiling kunnen wij actieve bieders telefonisch of schriftelijk benaderen om biedingen te controleren. Dit doen we om bieders en het biedproces te beschermen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je als bieder bereikbaar bent tijdens de veiling. Troostwijk behoudt zich het recht voor om accounts te blokkeren tijdens de veiling
• Na gunning van de opdrachtgever, dient binnen 48 uur gehele koopsom (100%) voldaan te worden;
• Na ontvangst van de betaling wordt de koopovereenkomst opgesteld door een lokale notaris;
• Betaling van de overige kosten dient te geschieden na ondertekening koopovereenkomst;
• Let op: een geplaatste bieding is onvoorwaardelijk en onherroepelijk;
• Over de veilingkosten wordt wel 21% BTW berekent;
• Deze verkoop wordt geleverd met een 'as is, where is' clausule.
• Het kan zijn dat er na sluiting van de veiling een e-mail uitgestuurd wordt met de melding dat de kavel niet is toegewezen. Helaas is dit een bug in ons systeem, waar we aan werken. Het bericht moet als niet verzonden worden beschouwd.
• Op de gebruikersvoorwaarden en de rechtsbetrekkingen die ter zake van de veiling ontstaan, is Nederlands recht van toepassing;
