Cassioli - Transport and palletization system with robots - 2011

1) The system is based on collecting products packed in collective cartons from 8 production lines and transporting them via chain elevators to the warehouse using a roller conveyor (Interrol) on 3 levels
2) In the warehouse, the products are buffered and palletized by 2 KUKA robots (load capacity 180 kg)
2x Kuka robots: KUKA KR 180 (year 2010, serial number: 941936, year 2009 serial number: 941396)
3) The palletizing system is equipped with 5 pallet magazines with a feeding system for the trolley receiving the palletized products.
4) In the next stage, the pallets with products are transported to 2 foil wrappers and labellers
2x Messersi wrappers: RTA (year 2011, serial number: 3908, year 2011, serial number: 3907)
2x WorldJet labellers: WPrinter 160 (year 2011, serial number: 194011-02, year 2011, serial number: 194011-01)
5) The finished pallets are transported by roller conveyor to the loading dock area in containers
7) Control system: Siemens SimaticS7 and connected to the SAP system to identify products
