A 350l ball mill is a device for the production of chocolate, icing, confectionery masses, creams, nut masses, coconut masses, sesame masses with a grinding of 25-15 microns.
Grinding is carried out using steel balls and an appropriately selected bottom. The mill is equipped with a lower mass discharge, thanks to the special design of the mixer, the balls are thrown upwards, where by colliding with each other they grind the mass and gain temperature, which turns off the heaters.
The machine is additionally equipped with bearings supporting the work of the mixer. The device can be washed with water (the process takes a maximum of 30 minutes). Thanks to this technical solution, the plant is not limited to producing one type of mass and does not have to have several devices of this type to produce the above-mentioned assortment. Minimum Mill hopper 100Kg. Maximum 300kg
