• The amounts of the private bids, which can be submitted until March 19, 2024, must be expressed in US $. Because the software used by Troostwijk cannot yet work with the US $ currency, bids for the apartment rights will have to be made in Euros. The seller uses a fixed exchange rate of Euro 1 = US $1.09. This fixed exchange rate will apply in full, even if there are exchange fluctuations during the auction procedure. Although bidding during the online auction can/must be made in Euros, the ultimate Buyer will have to pay in US$, at which the above fixed exchange rate will be used. • This is an auction by auction only. There will be no turn-off; • During the auction, Troostwijk Auctions can request a statement of bank account/proof of financial soundness to ensure compliance with the agreements after the auction has closed. If you are unable to provide this, you will be excluded from the bidding process; • Please note: a placed bid is unconditional and irrevocable; • It is the duty of the Buyer to seek advice (at its own expense) or to investigate which tax (e.g. stamp duty, VAT), legal and notarial costs apply to the sale and transfer of the property, a real estate company and/or the administrative settlement relating to the sale. • It is possible that after the auction closes, an e-mail will be sent with the message that the lot has not been allocated.
