For the dismantling and loading of the plots, it is mandatory to work together with the industrial dismantling company TMT Industrie, which dismantles the plots, prepares them for transport and loads them onto trucks. The extra cost is for dismantling and loading. The terms and conditions of TMT Industrie can be found in the auction documents. Separation of equipment: Only the appointed site manager and the dismantling company have the right to decide on the exact location of the separation between two linked devices. No claims from buyers will be accepted in the event of cutting or separation without certain parts such as pipes, fittings, or other related elements. Conditions for dismantling: The dismantling service only includes disassembly, preparation, standard packing (bubble wrap, stretch film, pallet) and loading onto a flatbed trailer or truck with tarpaulin.
