The vacuum pumping technology of these NEW Adixen ACP 28G ACP28G Compact Dry Roughing Vacuum Pumps is based on a frictionless multi-stage root design. These Adixen ACP28G dry pumps are specifically designed to pump trace amounts of corrosive gas and therefore require an inert gas purge that protects the pump bearings. The pumps of the Adixen ACP series are optimized for lubricant-free operation inside the pumping module. The advantages of multi-root dry pumps include oil-free and particle-free dry vacuum, for example, unlike their counterparts, spiral dry pumps that generate tip dust and oil-tight rotary vane pumps that suffer from hydrocarbon vapor return. The new and improved ACP dry vacuum pumps offer a reduced cost of ownership (COO) and only require an overhaul every 22,000 hours. These Adixen ACP pumps include a single-phase built-in frequency converter with built-in instantaneous voltage range selection. This allows these pumps to be smart and operate on any input voltage from 90 to 254 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz (with no motor setting change required) while the pump's rotational speed and pumping speed remain constant.
