• We can offer you this unique watchtower for sale on private land.
• The watchtower is approximately 40 meters high and stands on a plot of 507 m² on the edge of a small-scale industrial estate. This former fire watchtower can now become your private property. Built in 1980, the tower is erected on a massive plinth, built of steel with exterior cladding/cladding. There are several floors in the tower that can be reached via a wooden staircase. The window frames are made of plastic with insulating glass and the entrance door is made of metal.
• The location is easily accessible via the B5 and via the A24 and A14 from Hamburg and Berlin.
