About this lot

In the middle of nature, on the slightly hilly landscape, lies the "Vogtland natural area". Which, together with the municipality of Pöhl, shares the recreation area around the Pöhl dam. The landscape around the dam is known for its extensive hiking and biking trails to sights such as the Elstertal Bridge, the Mosenturm, the ruins of Liebau Castle and the Triebtal. The dam itself also offers numerous sports and recreational opportunities. For example, there is a climbing forest and there are several campsites, but sailing, surfing and diving are also regional attractions. The Neuensalz Chapel is today a concert and exhibition center and regularly hosts various cultural events. The area is located about 10 km east of Plauen. In total, there are 3 plots, 2965 m², 390 m² and 665 m², totalling 4,020 m². The plots vary from a forest circle, partly overgrown with a view of the long fields, which you can enjoy from your viewing chair, to a plot in the middle of the woods where you will only hear birds, the third plot is an elevation, from here you can see, among other things, the forest circle.
