2021 Pro-Inzynier - Cartoning and packaging line with robots

Machine for cartoning and packaging the product or packing the product into E2 containers is a set of devices designed to pack closed packages of products coming from the client line. The line consists of three frames. Subsequent stages of carton forming, product loading, and closing the box. There is a conveyor belt along the machine with a range of 8 m. Line consist of: - 2 x Input conveyor set - 1 x Product conveyor - 1 x Vision system - 4 x Cardboard conveyor set - 1 x Carton forming tool with NORDSON PROBLUE FLEX GLUER - 1 x Robot gripper R1- Yaskawa MH5 series robot (Robot 1 equipped with a gripper performs the operation of picking and forming the cardboard) - 1 x Carton holder - Robot gripper R2, R3- two Yaskawa MPP3H robots on Pick&Place station - 1 x Carton closing station with Yaskawa MH5 series robot - 1 x Lid tank - 1 x Carton elevator - 2 x Output conveyor assembly - 1 x Labeller - 1 x Weight Radwag WPW 6/15 H3/K - 1 x Palletizing machine Serial number: 20205080100 with Universal Robots UR10e robot Product path in the packaging machine for carton references: 1) Receiving the product from the production line, 2) Product transport on an arch conveyor, 3) Product reorientation through a rotator, 4) Product transport on a product conveyor, 4.a Carton forming by robot 1, 4. b Putting the formed carton on the storage conveyor, 4. c Transferring the carton from the storage conveyor to the Pick&Place carton conveyor, 5) Product collection by the R2, R3 robot, 6) Putting the product into the carton on the Pick&Place carton conveyor, 7) Closing the carton filled with the product, 8) Lowering the closed box to the level on the conveyor-elevator, 9) Departure of the closed box from the machine, 10) Transport of the closed carton to the palletizing area 11) Transport of unpacked products outside the area of the packaging machine Note: For full line description please check file attached.
