About this lot

Unique custom project based on a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 EFI Electra. This special engine was built in Bruges in 2014 for the then European importer Moscodisco, especially for the 2015 Motor Show, where it was exhibited for the first time. The frame is professionally welded and homologated. The front fork and the fuel tank are original pre-war parts. The patina of the tank is authentic and is continued throughout the design, which creates a beautiful nostalgic character. The bike has less than 2,000 km on the odometer and has always been treated with care – cherished rather than ridden. Despite the hardtail frame, this bike is surprisingly comfortable to ride and offers pure riding pleasure. It is a no-nonsense machine for the real enthusiast. The original EFI has been converted to carburettor, with parts from the renowned Hitchcocks Motorcycles from England – the specialist in Royal Enfield. Specifications: 500cc single cylinder engine Carburettor conversion (Hitchcocks) Authentic pre-war look & feel Hardtail frame, fully homologated All documents available

Frequently asked questions

How do I place a bid?

You can easily participate in the auction through the website. Log in as usual and navigate to the lot of your choice. On the right side of the screen, you will find 'Bid' and 'Auto Bid.' Click on 'How does this work' for more information about automatic bidding.

Click on 'Bid' to see the total amount of your bid, including the buyer's premium and VAT. After accepting the general terms and user conditions by checking the box, click 'Confirm' to place the bid.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

What costs are added to my bid?

In addition to your bid, additional costs are incurred in the form of a buyer's premium percentage and VAT. These percentages vary depending on the country. VAT is applied to both your bid and the buyer's premium. Before confirming your bid, you will always receive an overview detailing all relevant amounts associated with your bid, including the final total. This way, you are fully informed about the total amount of your bid.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.
