2011 - Ozcelik - ORBIT 1 - Corner cleaning machine

Automatic machine for cleaning external corners and surfaces of PVC Ozcelik ORBIT-I is used for cleaning corners and surfaces of plastic profiles welded at an angle of 90°. The capabilities of the machine allow simultaneous cleaning of 4 different profiles without changing knives, the choice of cutters is carried out automatically. The cutters are driven by a pneumatic system. The machine is equipped with a system for automatic fixation of profiles using clamps, the selection of which is carried out automatically depending on the type of profile. The machine has a working plate made of a special aluminum alloy and a durable metal body. The working plate and the frame are covered with a special durable electrostatic paint. The frame has rubber supports, adjustable in height and reducing vibration.
