Refit, equipped with touchscreen Siemens, Simatic HMI new electrical cabinet, PLC and HMI Siemens 2022 (encoder, sensor,...) This vertical and intermittent cartoning machine has a maximum output of 15 to 70 cartons per minute. The machine is suitable for cartoning products that cannot be fed automatically. Flat boxes are loaded vertically into an infeed warehouse. As they move forward, they are taken out by a vacuum piston, put upright, and transferred into an adjustable carrying chain. The boxes are moved through different stations of the machine, where the lower main box cover is coded with batch numbers, Datamatrix etc before it is closed. The cartoning machine comes complete with an inkjet printer. In addition, the previous owner has incorporated a Laetus Control Unit that can control the product, the box and the leaflets. Bottles to be cartoned arrive on an infeed conveyor and are removed by a gripper (current size part). The bottles are then placed in the top of the open box, ready to be fully inserted with the package leaflet. Once the box is filled, it passes through the machine, where the top flaps are gradually closed. Finally, the box is unloaded from the carrying chain by vacuum.
