About this lot
Engine does not start, rubber piece between carburetor and intake engine block needs to be replaced. Presumably then problem solved and restarted and roadworthy. Wheels/brakes are not rusted. The engine does not start but is loose. Suitcase lock needs to be checked, clicks into place but does not close completely.
