• The bungalow is ready to move in and offers plenty of space and comfort. Upon entering, you will find the bathroom on the right, a bedroom right in front of you, and next to this bedroom the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a new temperature controller that is connected to the radiators. On the upper floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, a new barn has recently been built for storage, and in front of the Finnish hut is a terrace. A new water pump has recently been installed for the garden. The total plot is 478 m² and has several fruit trees. • This bungalow offers a unique opportunity for those looking for a quiet vacation spot with plenty of activities. The area is ideal for nature lovers and sporting challenges. You can enjoy walks and bike rides through the hilly landscape, and there are challenging mountain bike trails. Horse riding is also popular, with several equestrian centers nearby offering rides through nature. For families, there are playgrounds and an animal park in the area, but activities such as tobogganing are also available, and swimming pools and wellness centres are available for relaxation. • In winter, you can ski and snowboard in nearby ski resorts. The Zittauer Gebirge is only 60 km away, while the Ore Mountains with areas such as Altenberg and Oberwiesenthal are about 100 km away. These ski resorts offer a variety of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. • On the Polish side, there are popular ski resorts such as Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz, both 90-100 km away. There are also excellent skiing opportunities in the Czech Republic, with ski resorts such as Harrachov and Špindlerův Mlýn about 100-120 km away.
