The acquisition includes :
* all assets according to an indicative inventory list
* the commercial names and customers * Right to a lease renewal (currently non-indexed monthly rent of 1500 eur).
The fully equipped business (150m², 40 seats) with covered terrace (35m², 25 seats) is ready to move in and equipped to start immediately (tables/chairs, oven, freezers, fridges, order desk,...;) and represents an annual turnover of more than 120k.
NOTE: 'The rejection or acceptance of an offer will only be communicated by Mr Chris Tanghe and/or the trustee. Consequently, the modification or acceptance of an offer can only follow from an e-mail or letter coming directly from Mr. Tanghe Chris (and from the e-mail address: c.tanghe@troostwijk.be) and/or the liquidator. Due to an error in the computer program, an e-mail is automatically sent by TROOSTWIJK AUCTIONS after 5 days (after the bids have ended) with the message that the bid has been rejected. However, the aforementioned e-mail has no value and must be considered non-existent.
