Machine for forming and baking 3D cookies; gas heated; average gas consumption 1.5 M3/h; Solid cast iron molds; the dough will start baking when it is placed in the molds. To evenly distribute the dough and filling, the mold is rotated during baking. Sensors detect the position and temperature of the molds and only deposit the dough if everything is set correctly. The molds are closed during baking, creating pressure. This pressure ensures that the dough perfectly follows the contours of the mold and creates perfectly shaped products; capacity approx 300 pcs/h; 24 moulds bear shaped. Free loading.
