Agriculture Land

Near Terneuzen, a plot of agricultural land (former speculation land) of 510m² is offered.
Today, the land is still being cultivated and, according to the deed, the land is partly encumbered with a right of superficies for the benefit of Tennet TSO, Gasunie Transport Service, Dow Benelux, Air Products Nederland, Delta Pipe, Entrade Pipe, Air Liquide Nederland and Evides.
