>> This Ford Taunus is the so-called 'Badewanne', and very cleverly preserved. The wonderful retro sedan starts, drives & brakes well (at least on our terrain and for the photos; so subject to change). His current owner indeed indicates that the engine and gearbox function without any problems, while the interior is in original condition. The carburetor and fuel system have been cleaned & serviced. Partly lacquered where necessary, in the factory-original colour. Overhauled brakes front and rear; with new brake shoes, brake pads, brake pumps and pistons. Equipped with recent tyres on second set of rims (with original rims and tyres in the boot). Come and admire & judge this topper yourself; during a reserved viewing moment! To really have a chance, you have to aim past 6K. _ _ _ _ _ So, only moderate signs of wear (but during a Viewing you can form your own important opinion) and comes up with; 2 SETS of keys, extensive History (in the form of the vintage manual, old registration certificates, inspection certificates & invoices), with the complete Swedish documents (in 2 parts) plus already an E705 (Belgian Customs & Excise; paid). _ _ _ A place on the Viewing 'Viewing Day' is mandatory to reserve (because lots are sometimes moved internally), and this must be done in the first instance by e-mail via info@HaspengouwClassics.eu (in exceptional cases we will agree on another time). The Pick-up is standard in HASSELT and to request a smooth course also mandatory and timely (via the same e-mail address, in the first instance). When it comes to classic cars, project cars, cars that have been stationary for a while or special vehicles, remember that you come and pick them up well prepared.
