Alpine A110 1300 S 'Group 4 homage'

>> We are proud to auction some beautiful cars from the private collection of a former (very successful) racing driver. By the way, if you are interested in another car (outside this auction) in the general photos, you can also contact us for that. _ _ _ This retro Alpine is one of the projects ordered and overseen by our client, moreover based on his personal lightweight A110. At the beginning of his career, he made much more powerful racing cars bite the dust. A 1300 S, meticulously restored towards a kind of Group 4 racer, with a mix of original and custom parts. Look at those lamps, the lovely bucket seats, his roll cage, or special fuel tank and polyester elements. All with an eye for detail and quality, means a skilfully built, tastefully composed and also unique Alpine (because there is simply no such thing as an authentic Group 4). As icing on the cake, you get some nice racing history, and know that this vintage racing car has not driven much more than a street length after restoration. So after a possible award, you have to transport and restart with care. You can also admire and inspect yourself; but only during a specific reserved viewing moment (Hasselt region). _ _ _ _ _ So, this lot only shows slight signs of wear, or during the viewing 'Viewing day' you can possibly form an important opinion of your own. You have to make a reservation for that Viewing Day (because sometimes lots are moved) and that is initially via e-mail to info@ HaspengouwClassics.eu (If the official moment really doesn't fit, we may find another one.) _ _ _ The Pick-up is standard in (region) Hasselt, and in order to ensure a smooth process, it is also mandatory to request it first and in time via our e-mail address (info@ HaspengouwClassics.eu). Remember to come and pick up / charge well prepared! Especially when it comes to old-timers, project cars, cars that have been standing still for a while or exceptional vehicles.
