Metal exterior plates, wooden interior and interior. .
8 meters in length, of which the (double) translucent roof is 7 meters extendable, with lighting and speakers (a terrace used to be built under this at the circus).
The left awning can still be opened, allowing the bedroom and living space to be in the open air.
Well insulated. 5 x double glazed windows. Kitchenette with double stainless steel sink, 4 burner gas stove on LPG tank, extractor hood, shower (of which water pipes and boiler need to be overhauled). Electricity in full order, with built-in counter and fuse box.
Practical built-in cabinets in wood.
Cast iron stove available.
Due to a short-lived unnoticed leak on one of the windows, the floor covering (at the level of the stove) on top of the floor insulation has been affected.
