- Klant staat in voor de professionele demontage van de goederen zonder schade toe te brengen aan het gebouw. Tot dit kavel behoren enkele de opgesomde goederen en geenszins de goederen eigendom van derden, en de goederen welke onroerend zijn door bestemming. De koper dient de volledige inboedel mee te nemen en dient het pand borstelschoon achter te laten voor 15/02/2025. De koper zal hiertoe een borg storten van 1500 € waarna hij de sleutel ontvangt voor afhaling. Na controle van de werken zal deze borg worden teruggestort wanneer blijkt dat de werken conform zijn gebeurd.
