Siebrand Weitenberg: is a Dutch contemporary artist who was born in Hillegom in 1960. Between 1980 and 1986 he studied at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. Weitenberg makes graphic art, paintings, drawings, gouaches, watercolors and photographs. Important subjects in his work are love, hope, paradise and nature. His work is characterized by bright colors and is inspired by romanticism. Weitenberg is also a teacher in his studio in The Hague. He has had several exhibitions in the Netherlands, including Pulchri Studio (The Hague) and WTC (Rotterdam). His work can be found in private and public collections.
