Oil bottles filling line, capacity 1200-1500 pcs/h; set for rectangular bottles, but possible to use for any type of bottles with max diameter or length of 150mm and max height 300mm Composed of: 1. Feeding rotary table, diameter 1000mm 2. Filling machine with 4 heads, Nitrogen washing station; oil filler with dosing adjustment between 200ml - 1.5L; belt length 3000mm; buffer tank approximately 80L 3. Nitrogen generator with tank 4. Cap screwing machine, for 30mm caps; 3 stations - cap applicator, screwing and sealing; total conveyor belt length 2500mm 5. Double side labelling machine for labels height 20-250mm; now setup for 30x120mm; total conveyor length 3000mm 6. Heating unit for sleeve caps that have to be put manually (this is 380V) and has maybe 18KW with 3 heaters; total conveyor belt length 1500mm 7. End of line rotary accumulating table, diameter 1000mm
