2019 Pro-Inzynier - Cartoning and packaging line with robots

A machine for cartoning and packaging a product is a set of devices built for this purpose conducting the process of forming cartons and loading them from the customer's line closed product packages, inserting the lid and closing the carton. The final product process is a collective packaging filled with product packages, ready for palletization. The product cartoning and packaging machine consists of interconnected modules performing subsequent stages of carton forming, product loading, lid insertion and closing the box. Line consists of: - 1 x Product conveyor - 1 x Vision system - 1 x Cardboard conveyor - 1 x Carton forming tool - 1 x Nordson gluer Problue Flex - 1 x Robot gripper R1- Yaskawa GP8 - 1 x Carton holder - Robot gripper R2, R3, R4- Yaskawa GP8 robots - 1 x Lid tank - 1 x Carton closing station - 1 x Carton elevator - 1 x Output conveyor - 1 x Labeller - 1 x Weight Radwag WPW 6/15 H3/K - 1 x Palletizing machine Serial number: 20195000961 with Universal Robots UR10e robot The product path in the packaging machine looks like this: 1) Receiving the product from the production line, 1.a Carton forming by robot 1 2) Transport of the product on a transport conveyor, 3) Product collection by the R2, R3 and R4 robot, 4) Putting the product into the carton on the carton conveyor, 5) Closing the carton filled with the product, 6) Lowering the closed box to the level, 7) Departure of the closed box from the machine.
